I take pride in showing up on time, staying focused, and giving 100% to every task, whether it's something l've done many times or something completely new. I believe in doing things properly and with attention to detail, even when no one is watching. I believe I'm well-suited for the Team Lead role, qualified or not, not only because of my skills and experience, but also because of the trust and encouragement l've received from both my manager and coworkers who believe in my potential. That support motivates me to rise to the challenge and contribute even more to the team. I consistently bring dedication, focus, and accountability to every shift. Having already worked within this team, I understand how we operate, what's expected, and what we can achieve when we work together. One of my core values is consistency. I carry myself professionally not just at work, but outside of work as well. I don't change based on who's watching - I hold myself to a high standard at all times. That consistency builds trust, and I believe it's a key quality for anyone in a leadership role. In my previous roles, l've gained hands-on experience in ( working on the Oscars for the past 6 years and leading the job for the past 2 years.) (also working with different artists and sculptures.) which has taught me how to manage responsibilities, communicate clearly, and work both independently and as part of a team. I've dealt with a variety of workplace situations and know how to adapt and respond professionally.
