Seasoned Building Engineer equipped with knowledge and accomplishments of the latest technologies and abilities, with a proven approach to lead a team in all aspects of various mechanical operations. Completing and delivering on all assigned projects in a timely manner while staying under budget. Capability of coordinating projects with staff and contractors on innovative solutions while demonstrating an accurate combination of industry related experience, Involving emergency power system technology, package unit experience, VFD's, electrical controls, BMS, Cooling Towers, HVAC, plumbing, heating and other expertise.
In collaboration with internal Construction Management staff, witnessed commissioning of all critical infrastructure such as: Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Equipment as it related to the opening of a newly constructed commercial asset. Actively involved in commissioning and construction, spearheading repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building equipment. Responsibilities for managing a team of 8 engineers and three helpers/assistants handling the building's opening, while the commissiiong took place the few years before the start-up of building systems.

Responsible for supervising and leading 6 engineers on all work related to critical systems including 6 offsite critical facilities.
Responsible for servicing multiple facilities throughout all 5 boroughs. While also being solely in charge of all HVAC and Mechanical Equipment at New York Law School from ( March 2011-February 2013) Assisted in all shop related duties including but limited to pump rebuilding, ordering supplies, invoices, service calls, contract bidding, and stand-by service, etc.
