In collaboration with internal Construction Management staff, witnessed commissioning of all critical infrastructure such as: Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Equipment as it related to the opening of a newly constructed commercial asset. Actively involved in commissioning and construction, spearheading repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building equipment. Responsibilities for managing a team of 8 engineers and three helpers/assistants handling the building's opening, while the commissiiong took place the few years before the start-up of building systems.

Further responsibilities and accomplishments include the following:

  • Undertook all internal and external Project Management Staff on all construction projects of commissioning of a newly-constructed commercial asset of 2.5M sq. ft.
  • Manages work assignments, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources to meet company, costumer, and teams needs
  • Supervise and mentor all newly engineers/helpers, providing a structured learning environment to assist in their growth as productive members of the team
  • Proficient at observing, identifying and implementing changes to achieve and maximize output of organizational objectives
  • Prepare recommendations in relation to repair and maintenance of all building systems and equipment
  • Maintain day to day developments in all maintenance functions including but not limited to Mechanical/Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, Module Chillers, Plumbing, fuel-cell co-generation plants, air handlers, exhaust fan, pump systems, etc.
