Company Overview:
I worked at the Nordstrom rack where I stocked both men’s and women’s shoes. I was responsible for finding the left shoe in the back, where we kept all matches to the shoes out on the floor, in a timely manner. When the store was busy we were able to use our mobiles, which were phones that had a scanners and card readers attached to them so we could check out customers that had been waiting in line for an extensive amount of time.
Company Overview:
I started as a bus boy where I learned many techniques on how to quickly and proficiently bus a table. I had always been told I was every server’s favorite busser due to the fact that I was able to help them with all tasks, where it be making drinks to actually serving a table if they were busy. From there, I learned how to properly run food to a table making sure the customer had everything they needed and were satisfied. After a year, I was promoted to server where I learned how to input an order, make certain mixed drinks, master the beer and wine list and most importantly, provide outstanding service!
