Sand Measurement (Lead)

Spartan Companies
08.2018 - 12.2018
  • Contract work with Anadarko sand management group. Anadarko was experimenting with this new division. I was brought in to help develop this group due to my flow back and production experience.
  • The Sand Management group was created to help save money. Instead of keeping the well testers on location for months at a time to pretty much just dump sand traps as scheduled after well was controlled.
  • We were brought in to take over sand measurement duties. When testers were released and the wells were still making enough sand to cause problems we developed a team to run routes to all unmanned locations with sand traps instead of paying 2 testers 24 hours a day to sit on location. It was a successful outcome and Anadarko saved a lot of money. I chose to leave due to a higher paying job with benefits after successfully getting this operation off the ground. My help was no longer needed.
