My name is Sam Caprin and you can consider me an overachiever, I am a very hard-working professional. I have 6 years in a financial-bank related setting and at present, I’m working in the ad sales space for Sirius XM/Pandora. I also have previous forklift and heavy machinery experience. I love where I’m currently occupied, however I would also love the opportunity to showcase my skillset in another role that will benefit me and my current work schedule. My ongoing occupation requires me to work from 7am - 3:30pm which can be flexible. I am open to anything and everything that is either an evening shift, or if the shift mainly focuses on weekends.

I’ve attended Salt Lake Community College and obtained my Associates degree in Business, I’m now on my way to obtaining my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah, I hope to one day achieve my Master’s of Business Administration. I am well versed in Microsoft Office, from having experience using Access to creating my own spreadsheets and setting formulas up in excel, I have taken college courses such as Business Statistics (MGT 2040) Microeconomics (ECON 2010) and Business College Algebra (MATH 1090).

I have an abundance of experience and many skills that will help me achieve greatness in any role I choose to commit too. I am eager and hungry to pursue said greatness in my second occupation, whatever that may end up being.

  • Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trailers for my whole shift.
  • I unloaded trailers that may have contained a variety of different things from barrels of hazmat liquids to pallets full of breakfast cereals and everything in between.
  • Kept accurate records of materials moved within warehouse to quickly locate inventory and keep facility operating smoothly.
  • The main role in my position was to make sure I was loading and stacking the product properly and into the right trailers. Which may have involved using load bars or load tables to properly fit/stack product.

  • Move product that can range anywhere from 5-3000 pounds.
  • Weighed materials or products to record weight or other production data on tags or labels.
  • Work outside for the entire shift during the winter time, there were times I drove my forklift in the snow.
