I am a quick learner, I have excellent retention of rules and procedures, and I execute these abilities on any job I devote myself to. I have the ability to change my perspective on the tasks at hand, and find more efficient ways to complete the tasks. That is not to say that I take shortcuts, but allows me to excel, not only for myself, but for the company that has given me the privilege to work for them. I also am a curious person,whom is always asking questions and thirsty for more knowledge about the chicken industry. Im sure that my boss can attest to that. I've always wanted to be knowledgeable about as many fields as possible, I have achieved this in learning automotive, HVAC; which includes electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration. I also have learned how to do pretty much anything I would need to know on residential construction and repair. My point being I am a dependable, reliable man who is always wanting to know more and accomplish more.

Job overview

I go to scheduled farms for the purpose of exterminating rodents in the bird's area. I first practice biosecurity,by disinfecting tires and floor mats. Then I put on boot covers. I put on a hairnet and coveralls before entering a house with birds. I do all of this in order to prevent cross contamination from one flock to another. The purpose of our rodent control team,is to prevent salmonella . I keep documentation on the activity on the bait stations,change bait when needed, and also I preform a "clean out procedure" when scheduled. I'm also responsible for the maintenance of the company truck and the cleanliness of it.
