At boost Mobile I learned valuable skills that would be needed in a customer service/ sales position. I learned to not take no for an answer and fully understand the customer and their needs in order to better suit their needs and offer exactly what they need in a convincing way. I also learned how to properly greet customers and treat them like the valuable and important customer that they are.
