I try and acquire skills but before you must know how it operates how it's used in the trade or operation and know ways, techniques, processes, times, and hazards, in which the skill requires in order to achieve the success.

I also like to train people or let them know the skill from how my techniques experience and fails occured. Skills are always hard till you achieve success and even then there will always be problem mistakes and more knowledge to be gained.
