I was responsible for opening and closing the model home I was assigned to.

I would make sure all the lights were on when opening and all the lights were off when closing.

I would sit in the office and wait for a customer to walk through and I would greet them and ask if they need help.

I would answer any questions they had and give them more information about Parkwood Homes.

• I was also in charge of cooking and organizing food for the customers.

• We would provide our own equipment to mow and trim our customers' lawns.
• We would bag and dispose of the grass ourselves.
• Inspected machinery to spot damage and note needed maintenance repairs.
• Maintained a clean working environment by regularly clearing debris from walkways, patios, and other common areas.
