Hired in as a general associate. Worked in multiple departments including assembly, paint ,welding ,material service and was promoted to Heat Treat team leader . As a Tram Leader I Always encourage team to get involved in H.I.P.and provide resources and encouragement to accomplish task at hand.

Communicate unsafe work habits to associates and educate the importance of proper ergonomics in the work place.

Always conduct a clear understanding of daily issues to the off shift T/L . Continue to have a daily rotation by

training associates on all jobs . Conduct a proactive morning meeting by clearly reading all memos and

reporting any safety issues . Continue to provide positive and negative coaching when mistakes are made .

Complete all daily reports and EQCI on time . Recognize associates performance with positive feedback

Continue to support and countermeasure any safety issues. PMs are closed out each month by managing

weekend overtime to complete by due date. Manage block and daily PTO scheduling.
