Assist the Cabling Team in the Installation/Repair of the Campus Telecom/Fiber Network Circuits (Voice/Data). I also provide routine Tracking of Installation/Repair/Programming of the Campus Emergency Response Staions Network (models ETP-400, 500E, & 520E). I also assist in the Installation/Repair of POTS/VoIP Lines to various Phone Equipment upto and Including Nortel, Meridian, Cisco, Poly Zoom Phones, Fax-Alarm-Elevator Jacks, and Entry Door Card Readers (Troubleshooting Repair)

Installation and Repair of POTS,DSL,VDSL & G-BIT(Fiber) Services to Residential/Business Customers. This included placement of Buried Underground (Manhole Feed) and Aerial (Pole Feed) service drop, Installation of Inside wiring(Cat 3, Cat 5, Cat 6) 25pr, 50pr,100pr, 66 & 110 Network Blocks/Backboards, use of Ladders, High Voltage Awareness for Utility Poles and Manholes, Use and Understand the Bell System Practices for Safe Installation-Repair of Outside Plant Facilities and Indoor Cabling and Jacks. Access crawl spaces, basements and attics. Splice and Repair Copper Network Phone Cable upto 300prs on Aerial or Buried Splices Terminals, Splice and Repair Fiber Optic Cable using Single Strand and Ribbon Fusion Splicer. Install and Repair Fiber Optic Services to Residential and Small Business customers. Troubleshoot Network Cable Pairs & Circuits using JDSU HST-3000 Meter, and Sidekick 7B-Sidekick Plus Meters. Run Pre and Post Mechanized Loop Testing on POTS,DSL,VDSL & FIBER Circuits on Installation/Repair Tickets and log results
