  • Participated in 30+ operative cases, assisting with sterile preparation, draping, patient positioning, tissue retraction, suctioning, and maintenance of the sterile field.
  • Performed skin closure in 15+ cases using simple interrupted and subcuticular suturing, skin stapling, and one-handed, two-handed, and instrument knot tying under direct supervision.
  • Assisted with 15+ robotic-assisted laparoscopic procedures by maintaining laparoscopic visualization during initial abdominal access and robotic docking.
  • Assisted with 10+ colonoscopes, advancing and navigating the colonoscope and obtaining mucosal biopsies under direct attending supervision.
  • Reviewed preoperative CT and MRI imaging with residents and attending surgeons to correlate imaging findings with operative anatomy and surgical planning.
  • Utilized electrocautery under direct supervision for tissue dissection and hemostasis.
  • Performed supervised endotracheal intubation and nasogastric tube placement.
