  • Handling Mishandled baggage/Disruption bags to new flights according to their new routings/destinations
  • Monitor SITA Telex/ Emails of Baggage Operations and all the activities are carried out in compliance with the SOP
  • Initiating to forward all left behind baggage with minimum discrepancies
  • Co-ordinate with QR and OAL Transfer desk for misconnection/re-routed passenger baggage handling
