Until recently, I was the chef at a small hunting and fishing lodge called Rack and Reel Montana, but recently decided to leave because I am looking for something that is open year round and less remote. I have worked in restaurants for the last ten years and have been a cook, a barista, and have worked at a brewery. I have always been passionate about all aspects of food and drink preparation and like to maintain a positive attitude and work very well with others. I posses a wide variety of skills and am a very quick learner, who is eager to learn.
