Level II Fieldwork: West Haven Mental Health Clinic- Yale School of Medicine Jan-March 2024 West Haven, CT

• Provided mental health treatment services to young adults aged 18-25 to promote independence in daily living skills through cognitive rehabilitation
• Created treatment plans based on client goals and performed assessments to determine level of independence for discharge
• Collaborated with fellow mental health practitioners on an interdisciplinary team to create client goals and treatment plans

Level II Fieldwork: North Boulevard Elementary School April -July 2024

• Developed weekly treatment plans for students with varying diagnoses in Pre-K through 5th grade
