Being apart of OGP at Sam's Club was a very fast pace stressful work environment. Making sure all of my department's matrix's were good and in the time limits they needed to be in. Keeping all associates on track for our incoming consumer's that day. Fixing any and all problems that arouse from costumer's or associate's that would reflect good on the company itself and our department as a whole.
Being apart of OGP at Walmart for two years allowed me to be a trainer and train all the new associates. Helping the new associates become apart of our walmart team/ family. I would have to navigate high stress situations and work days why also getting my assignments done in a timely manner. When a problem with a costumer surfaced I would come up with a solution that worked well with the company but also the costumers needs. Having great costumer service no matter what is going on was also a major roll in my job.
Being the Lead Hostess at a busy restaurant was a lot of responsibility from keeping the lobby clean and waiting costumers happy to keeping my other hosts bust and excited about their job. Making sure all open tables get sat in an organized manner and that host are engaging with costumers up front are some of my responsibilities. Other important roles were opening/ closing the host stand and making sure my host/ hostess schedules are in order and if anyone ever called in making sure their shift was covered by someone else or me.
