I order books for students, deal with payments and I handle all calls and emails. It takes a high level of problem solving and time management to help get students needs met. I also handle all complaints and make sure the students are set for success. I have to use multiple programs such as Quickbooks, Jotform, Filemaker Pro, Paypal and Microsoft programs.
