- Ensure that the facility adheres to local and federal regulations, including healthcare laws and safety standards.
- regularly review and stay informed about changes to licensing laws, regulations, and standards at the federal, state, and local levels. Ensure the facility remains compliant with all necessary licensing and certification requirements, including periodic renewals, inspections, and audits. - Work with medical professionals to develop and manage personalized care plans for each resident, ensuring they meet individual needs and preferences.
- Act as the liaison between residents, their families, and the healthcare team. Address concerns and feedback, providing updates on residents health and well-being.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times, balancing budget constraints with the need for adequate staffing to provide high-quality care.
- Prepare and manage the facility’s budget, including expenses related to staff, supplies, medical equipment, and resident care.
