  • I communicate with security to know if there are any receiving trucks outside and give them a door for the driver once the driver parks they come to the window and I check them in
  • I have to make copies of his papers which include the Bill of Lading (BOL) and the driver's license, and I also have to scan everything into an application called M
  • Folio, and I have to fill it out
  • Once I do that, I make what we call a tally which has the PO number the trailer number and the carrier's name and the seal numbers and what door
  • I then must fill out an excel sheet that has the same information plus the model that was received and the quantity
  • In processing I must give the drivers a load to pick and allocate that load and let the driver know where he is placing the load
  • Once they finish, I print the LPN's and give them to one of the auditors to make sure that everything matches and they print out the shipping labels
  • In Inventory I must make sure that the partial area is clean and accounted for and nothing is missing and if there is I must find out who was the last person to pick it, and where they put the load at and where they put it and check to see if they picked an extra item or are missing an item
  • I also must sign their paper stating they picked the correct item and
  • Organized and maintained filing systems for confidential documents.

  • If there was more or less, I would have to check all the locations for that item and see if there was any missing or extra in those locations
