My role at QuSecure was to exercise the system from an attacker's perspective and guide the system development towards resilience against attack

Responsibilities included:

• Analyzed the system including endpoint and cloud elements, and performed vulnerability research and testing
• Attacked the proprietary protocol that implemented the KDC functionality
• Setup and used AWS to perform live-system attack
• Researched, identified, acquired, and used tools supporting fault injection such as Wireshark, Burp Suite, and Nessus
• Researched, acquired, and used tools for reverse engineering including Ghidra and IDAPro
• Participated in design reviews, to increase product implementation knowledge and advise on potential vulnerabilities
• Performed RBAC and other hardening tasks on Kubernetes
• Developed additional skills as a white hat hacker, reverse engineer, and vulnerability analyst
• Performed research on the dark web for reconnaissance on the companies' products
• Developed knowledge base and training materials for vulnerability analysis, to train both developers and new vulnerability analysis team members.

• Recommend improvements in security systems and procedures.
• Performed risk analyses to identify appropriate security countermeasures.

• Provided friendly customer service and maintained composure in challenging situations
• Communicated effectively and efficiently between management and staff to maintain smooth operations in a high-volume environment.

• Taught infants (2 months +), children, and those with special needs in-pool safety
• Supervised the pool and pool deck to ensure compliance of safety protocols.
