As part of the Forrest Appliance Repair team I deliver and install parts to ensure timely repair to customer's appliances. I am responsible for servicing a large area from Reno to Chico and down to Roseville.

• Educate customers on use, care and adjustments of appliances.
• Troubleshoot diverse problems across multiple appliance brands and models, demonstrate adaptability and expertise in the field.
• Mentor junior technicians, share valuable skills and techniques that increase their efficiency and proficiency in appliance repair tasks.

As an essential part of the Servicemaster team I continuously assessed and removed damaged or contaminated infrastructure and contents to ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers across the northern California area.

• Fire, Flood and Mold Mitigation
• Used power tools and hand tools daily.
• Set up dehumidifiers and fans to aid in the drying process of flooded homes and businesses.
• Sprayed mold and mildew stain remover (MMR).
• Reported any damaged equipment and potential hazards on the job site to acting supervisor.
• Insured proper use of PPE at all times to maintain safety standards.

In my role as the lead Warranty Repair Technician I was able to ensure that customers needs were met on a daily basis with all of their ammunition reloading needs.

• Repaired and replaced reloading equipment from a customer service stand point
• Answered customer questions and resolved any issues customers might encounter while reloading with RCBS products
• Communicated with customers through emails and phones calls and insured that customer issues were resolved in a timely and professional manner
• Offloaded and distributed hazardous materials throughout the manufacturing plant using forklifts
• Certified to operated all Gas and Electric forklifts at the manufacturing plant both stand up and sit down
• Worked on paint prep and assembly of reloading equipment
• Stocked raw materials for manufacturing reloading equipment

As an essential part of the Fulfillment team at Lulu's I was able to ensure the smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers worldwide.

• Picked, Processed and packed orders in a warehouse setting.
• Utilized barcode wands and scanners to input nomenclature and description of item and location changes.
• Practiced the FIFO method ensuring an efficient inventory flow.
• Carried out diverse warehouse responsibilities encompassing independent handling, receiving, storing and selecting various types of products.
• Stocked and organized products by matching specific item by name, stock number, letter, code quantity or unit of issue on containers to ensure legally-compliant storage.
