Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science at Sacred Heart University. I began my career in the performing arts, where I developed a passion for storytelling and creative expression. This passion has since grown into a commitment to the truth and ethical journalism. At Sacred Heart, I continue to strengthen my voice as a writer, thinker, and leader. I served as Editor-in-Chief of my high school newspaper, where I led a team of student journalists and oversaw the publication. I’m also a freelance writer for my hometown newspaper and regularly publish essays on Medium, focusing on topics ranging from community to politics and scandals. My background in theatre from vocal performance to event hosting has shaped my ability to communicate with empathy, perform under pressure, and engage diverse audiences. I aspire to tell stories that matter, uplift voices that are often unheard, and continue growing within the world of journalism, media, and public service.
