Samantha Gehler-Trosclair

• Provides direct recovery and post-operative care of cardiac patients, including heart transplants, CABG, valve replacements, LVADs, and thoracic aortic surgery.
• Interprets invasive hemodynamic data from Swan-Ganz catheters and arterial lines to make evidence-based decisions for titration of vasoactive infusions and fluid resuscitation.

• Administered and monitored conscious sedation for patients undergoing pain stimulator implantations and explantations, epidural injections and small hand procedures.
