Provide intensive community based services to DCYF involved youth and families in the home, school, and natural environment. offering functional support, skill building, therapeutic processing, coordination of care, access to appointments, coordination of education, vocation, and recreation, compliance with court orders, and crisis prevention and intervention. Maintain required documentation in compliance with state regulations and HIPPA including treatment plans, monthly reports, court reports, parenting time notes and discharge summaries with recommendations. Faciltate and contribute to treatment plan meetings and groups.

24 hour direct supervision of clients, holding each client personally accountable through the enforcement of policy and procedure. Served each client by offering growth opportunities, encouragement and support based upon the application of the 12 Steps into real life situations. Duties included the observation of client medication administration, transportation of clients to and from 12 Step meetings, medical appointments, documentation of observed behavioral issues and assisting in the new client admissions process.
