I have gained great customer service skills and I have over six years of
experience with transactions and money handling. I have over 2 years of customer communication via phone and emails. I also know how to
balance registers and make schedules. I am trained in Word Processor,
Excel, Power Point, etc. I find myself to be a very reliable and fast learner.

Summary
I started out as a customer care representative which entailed answering phones, sending emails, as well as scheduling customer for deliveries. After approximately 6 months with that position, I was promoted to the delivery support department. This department is where I truly flourished. I have billed deliveries, communicated with not only customer but delivery personals as well. I have ordered parts for customer and have written exchanges. I did receive a promotion in 2023 to delivery support supervisor due to my hard work and dedication to this position. As supervisor, I make sure my team is at the top of their game as well as answer any customer concerns and complaints. I handle email responses with the warehouse, Ashcomm and coworkers in regards to customers and deliveries. I do the end of the day as well as end of the month reports for deliveries that were delivered as well as help route the customers.
When I worked as a PCT, I was entitled to clean soiled patients, rotate their
positions every 2-4 hours, bathe patients, check their vitals, change their
bedding, assist them when going to the restroom, transport them to dialysis, and
feed the patients.
