I am passionate about people experiencing the love of Jesus, and in growing in relationship with Him. I am mission driven with 5 years of experience in varying elements of organizational leadership and in creating safe and fun environments for youth, young adults, and children to experience God in a life changing way. Successful in building volunteer teams, resolving conflict, providing pastoral care and counseling, and discipling others toward a deeper relationship with the Lord.
As the Early Childhood Director, my responsibilities revolve around creating a safe environment for children ages 0-5. My main responsibility is the recruitment, training, and discipleship of the Early Childhood volunteer team. I also concentrate on connection and building relationships with families by initiating, planning, and coordinating regular events. I provide pastoral care to individuals in need by offering guidance and support.
As the manager of the Flathead Valley trucks, I assist the owner in monitoring applications as well as interviewing and hiring employees. Onboarding of employees as well as training and continued oversight and development of all employees in the valley is also my responsibility. I handle scheduling for both the Kalispell and Whitefish locations, as well as two event trucks that operate throughout the valley. The most important aspect of this role is employee communication, ensuring that all employees are operating under the same standards, providing the same customer service, and resolving any conflict that arises within the team compassionately and efficiently. I work closely with the owners in order to ensure that Mountain Berry Bowls operates at its highest potential! This was a seasonal position.
