• Assisted with special events and programs for children ages 5 to 12 years old.
• Maintained the library by cleaning and organizing books, toys and computer area.
• Participated in engaging and fun events for the children's program.
• Worked for the summer reading program, verifying books read and handing out prizes.
• Stayed in touch with staff members to stay up to date about volunteer opportunities and events.
• Made cards for nursing homes.
• Made cards and pictures for pediatric patients.

• Went door to door to businesses for monetary donations.
• Helped with fundraising events, selling t-shirts, balloons and toys.

• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by volunteering with several different PTO Events. i.e Science fair, family nights, and dances

I volunteered as a coach for my STARS Plus students at PNHS.

Every day Monday-Friday on my lunch and study hall hour I volunteer in the STARS plus students classroom. I work with each student on their goals anywhere from teaching them to read, write and complete math to teaching them daily necessities such as vacuuming, cooking and cleaning. This is one of my favorite things to do. I have built strong life long friendships with these students.
