A Pacesetter means you have exceeded your sales goal for the year. Cash call award goes to a Sales or Support Managers who have driven their business with exceeding volume goals or initiatives and continues to fulfill the Nordstrom values. I have achieved all of the above during my 14 years of service at Nordstrom. I have also been hand selected to help support new store openings on several occasions.
