Project List

  • MTA/ LIRR – Mentor Station Component Replacement at 6 Stations – Various locations throughout Long Island, NY. (03/2022 - 01/2024). Provided construction documentation and construction phase support for renovations at four LIRR stations. Work included full interior and partial exterior renovations at Patchogue Station and ADA platform and waiting plaza upgrades at Country Life Press and Mastic-Shirley Stations, featuring new ESI standard and custom prefabricated waiting shelters. Supported minor HVAC repair and unit replacement at Ronkonkoma Station. As part of the design team, I created high-quality 3D renderings for DU1–DU4 project phases using Rhino 3D, Enscape, and Photoshop, including material mapping and lighting. Coordinated with team members across all phases to address scope changes and resolve design issues. Developed comprehensive architectural signage sets per LIRR standards, including key plans, partial plans, detailed signage schedules, mounting diagrams, and materials. Also produced detailed plans, elevations, and sections for elevators, guardrails, ramps, and platform edge conditions. Part of a Design-Build initiative to implement ADA improvements at nine elevated commuter stations for the MTA Long Island Rail Road. Scope included the addition of nine hoistways, refurbishment of an existing elevator and cab, new stair and escalator installation at one station, and transparent plastic glazed canopy roofing at four stations. I collected and documented field data, developed existing condition and preliminary design drawings, and coordinated with project managers and discipline leads to ensure alignment with design goals.   • Advancement of Conceptual Design Services for the Lincoln Tunnel; NJ. (12/2022-03/2023). Supported the Port Authority of NY & NJ in developing architectural and urban design components for Phase 1 of the Lincoln Tunnel Helix Replacement Project. Scope included bridge aesthetics, urban design, and a conceptual design package. I created visualization renders for material and aesthetic treatments that followed PANYNJ and NJDOT guidelines.
