Coordinated with faculty, departments, and colleges to facilitate course exams, major field tests, final exams, exit exams, and return valuable course time to students and instructors.

Responsible for hiring, facilitating employee development, and supervising a staff of one full-time coordinator, 7 graduate assistants, and 18-23 FWS and APS student workers.

Responsible for scheduling and supervising up to 35,000 exams per academic year.

Maintained and promoted ETSU's relationships with national and international testing companies to facilitate and maintain high-stakes testing (Praxis, GRE, Toefl).

Responsible for testing's budget and annual reporting.

Ensure innovative solutions to testing center operational problems.

Facilitated student and faculty satisfaction surveys and creating innovative initiatives to address faculty and student concerns and complaints. Such as, innovative lighting solutions, phone storage solutions, white noise machines, testing station aesthetics, and initiatives to provide creature comforts like complimentary mints, disposable ear plugs, and pencils.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of trust from ETSU faculty across multiple disciplines to ensure exam security, to ensure the protection of intellectual property, and facilitate a high level of academic integrity through staff development and innovative security measures.

Creating and maintaining a staff culture that is student-service minded and focuses on providing an equitable and low stress environment for examinees without compromising test security.
