As a contractor in Accounting and General Human Resources for the past 5 years, I have had the privilege to work with a wide range of clients that have necessitated adaptability to different accounting and human resource departments and processes in a short amount of time. Depending on the client, my roles would change to fit their needs ranging from basic bookkeeping and/or human resource projects. That being said, flexibility and having a task-oriented mindset to meet deadlines have become assets that I have acquired.
