Extracurricular activities

I have learned multiple different personal skills while being in the sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta. I had the pleasure of holding two positions within my four years as a member, I was Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. This taught me how to accommodate for multiple different disabilities while promoting a fair treatment for all our members. I was also the President of the sorority. This taught me multiple different leadership and communication skills while promoting a supportive and loving place. I have also had the pleasure of working for Campus Recreation as the Student Manager for Intramural's. I have had this job for four years and have loved every second of it. It taught me how to accommodate for scheduling my officials while keeping a professional line of communication. I would train all the officials for each sport, help them set up game equipment, and be at every game making sure there was no issues with players. I have met a wonderful community of athletes coming to play Intramural sports, I make sure that there is a game for everyone while being safe and having fun.
