Medical professional (NP) performs over 15 clients a day with non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Laser Hair Removal, Injectables, Ultherapy Skin Lifting, Fat Reduction, Cool Sculpting and Skin Rejuvenation.

Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards.
Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Administers treatments in accordance with Ideal Image policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Evaluate client's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Perform maintenance checks on lasers to ensure systems are operating appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in client's medical chart.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.
• Travel between clinics, as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills

Education/Training:

Active RN, NP license in the state

Technical or Administrative Knowledge:

• Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.)
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

• Served pediatric to geriatric population: Type of cases include: Gyn, Head and neck, General Surgery, Ortho (total knee/hip joint replacement) Vascular, GI and Endoscopic, etc.
• Capable clinician who has acquired broad experience in caring for patients and developed sound understanding about care of particular patient population.
• Routinely used acquired knowledge, theory, research and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations. Is able to apply Synergy Model for Care in practice and used this knowledge to personalize care for each patient/family. Served as resource to colleagues and strong advocate for patients/families.
• Consistently communicated effectively and respectfully with patient, patient's family, and other members of healthcare team. Delivered safe, dependable and effective care to patient population independently utilizing nursing process. Demonstrated assessment skills.
• Documented nursing process accurately and in appropriate format (e.g. computer, clinical pathway, chart). Planned and implemented patient care independently. Evaluated patient's response to planned care and adjusted plan of care as appropriate.
