
I've started my working career as a Cleaner/Housekeeper as I was shy and I wanted more back of house jobs but since then I grew personally as I started working in retail. Now I'm someone who can work face to face with different people with all backgrounds. Not only did my skills grow, so did my confidence.
As my most recent title, I was HR Coordinator at a casino. I did administrative tasks and helped the on site HR Generalist with tasks and I helped off site management with various tasks. As a Rewards Representative for a casino I helped a large volume of guest inquiries and went above and beyond to help our guests with anything they need. I have no doubt that I can learn anything that comes my way. I love adaptation to new things and learning new skills along the way. I'm a very hardworking individual who strives to be better every day.
As a insightful Human Resources Coordinator I assisted my HR team with staffing, record-keeping, employee benefits and other HR-related duties. I organized my work to achieve goals and targeted results with minimal supervision. I continually developed knowledge in HR related to my work activities and projects as assigned.
