- I worked on the finishing line for over 2 years making sure the final product is in spec and up to standard before being sent to the customer
- Performing constant lay ups of the flooring to check for gaps, ledging, bevels, delamination, and any defects that may have came from the lamination lines
- I was previously a lab tech and performed initial and final testing, measuring wear layer, weights, curling, doming, fiberglass placement, shrinkage of wear layer and virgin print film, and measure pellets from the extruders
- I have also been trained as a lamination tech which is getting the initial checks from the lam lines and checking for any visual defects.
- I am now a Quality Process Technician which consists of being in a lead roll where I am over lab technicians, the data that is produced in the lab, and responsible for all lab test requests for internal product, competitor products, and claims, and sources material.
