Assist in the creation and fulfillment of research and clinical grants related to telemonitoring. Monitor patient vitals and promptly report concerns to the supervisor as necessary. Provide support and assistance to current clients using our telemonitoring services. Contact physicians/providers when necessary for patient care coordination. Export or print patient reports and assist clients in integrating them into their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Relay important patient information back to the internal team. Contribute to expanding our telemonitoring footprint services with clients. Perform other tasks as assigned.
