Summary

My entire career to date has been driven by my passion to improve patient experiences and outcomes. Working for 5 years in the medical-surgical specialty and 2 years in the Intensive Care Unit has prepared me to work well under pressure. One of my career highlights is receiving the Daisy Award for being a patient advocate and bringing immediate attention to a fast-growing infection that could have led to adverse patient outcomes. I am passionate about educating and mentoring new nurses to better serve our patient population. I flourish in a team-driven environment and am open to challenges that help me grow both professionally and personally.
