  • I started at Theory during it's development phase, working hand in hand with the construction team to be able to learn the building, ensure an on time delivery and manage post construction warranty issues. With four buildings and 861 beds, Theory has historically surpassed its budgeted occupancy, maintained a positive NOI, have a 4.2 star rating on Google as well as gained a 47% resident retention rate for its upcoming leasing year.
  • I have had many hoops to jump through with handling a new development, however; my attention to detail, handling vendors directly, as well as my customer experience during on site issues have not held us back one bit.
  • I have also began some CapEx projects in 2025 to enhance our customer experience. Some examples are a full demo of a courtyard to build in a fully functioning Dog Park, A Theater Room with a full Movie Theater experience, as well as some other smaller projects.
