I am a member of the trained Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for School, team. Where we are skilled and trained in relationship building, emotional support, early crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, crisis communication skills, physical restraints, post crisis interventions, and documentation and team collaboration. I help provide professional development to other staff members as well as create updated plans to continuously support students and teachers. 


I have conducted interviews and screened resumes and applications for school wide candidates. Giving me collaboration skills with committee members to identify top-tier candidates. I have maintained accurate documentation and upheld strict confidentiality while facilitating clear communication among candidates and committee members.
