I am a member of the trained Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for School, team. Where we are skilled and trained in relationship building, emotional support, early crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, crisis communication skills, physical restraints, post crisis interventions, and documentation and team collaboration. I help provide professional development to other staff members as well as create updated plans to continuously support students and teachers.

I am the Co-Chair of Improved Results for Students with Disabilities Committee. As a Co-chair, I help take on a leadership role in the auditing process of a district wide department. We review blueprints, regulations, district data, as well as schedule observations, interviews and collaborate with families and staff for improvement.
