Transferred to current location starting as a Backroom/Sales floor Associate. Processed clothes with EAS tags according to department and price. Put EAS alarm stickers on tech. Put EAS alarms on shoes and handbags. Pushed Z-Racks and hashed clothing according to company standards. Worked Fitting Room. Greeted the customers coming in and politely asked them to hang their clothing up to count. Handed them a number card according to items brought in and tied/zipped/buttoned any go backs, placing them in their correct area on hanger management racks. After a year with TJMaxx in Sumter I decided I wanted to grow more into the company and became a Merchandise Coordinator. Pushing freight, assisting customers at the register, maintained department features and aisles. Organized merchandise according to departments flow chart and store quarter. Greet customers and help locate merchandise in any area. Contributed to loss prevention by alerting suspicious activity and gave Alpha friendly customer service regardless.
