Care Pathways Class Facilitator:

• Communicate frequently with family caregiver support program staff, caregivers to provide feedback and discuss instructional strategies
• Create and develop teaching and presentation material to meet caregivers needs

• Serve as a representative of the Care Pathways Unit with local businesses in order to recruit additional class and support group participants

Investigation Services and Voluntary Family Maintenance:

• Gained practical experience conducting interviews clients to assess crisis situation
• Prepared detail court reports with recommendation for dependency proceedings
• Implemented specific court orders. Formulated complex case plans
• Monitored placement of children
• Investigated households to analyze living conditions and needs of families and children in order to minimize the effects of neglect and/or, abuse and maltreatment
