After Graduation from Nursing School I worked at RGH for 6 months as a Circulator. I had to prove efficiency as a Scrub Tech in ALL specialties including Vascular, Neurology and Cardiaothoracic surgery before being able to learn the role of Circulator. I was able to complete this task in a month and a half, including scrubbing heart cases which I had not done before.
