Singleton Recipient

At Central Washington Hospital in 1999, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Singleton established a trust to fund awards for RNs, LPNs and CNAs. The Singletons had used our hospital services and recognized that compassion and caring are truly the core of what makes an excellent caregiver. Named in their honor, the Singleton Awards are given annually to those who exemplify compassionate caring at the bedside. Just a fellow of employees are chosen by  management of the floor that you work on, and then it goes in front of a committee board of providers, and they vote on the employee that receives the award for each floor. I was proud to receive this in the middle COVID.
