• Monitoring Surveillance System. Watching CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent theft or suspicious activities.

• Conducting Patrols Regularly patrolling the premises, both inside and outside, to ensure security and deter criminal activity

• Responding to Incidents Quickly addressing incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and taking appropriate actions.

• Investigating Incidents Carrying out investigations into thefts, frauds, and other losses, including interviewing witnesses and suspects.

• Documenting Events Writing detailed reports on incidents, observations, and investigations for management and law enforcement.

• Enforcing Policies Ensuring that company policies and procedures related to security and loss prevention are followed by all employees.

• Training Staff Educating and training employees on loss prevention techniques and the importance of adhering to security protocols.

• Collaborating with Authorities Working with law enforcement, security personnel, and management to address and mitigate risks.

• Protecting Assets Implementing strategies to protect company assets such as merchandise, cash, and property from theft and damage.

• Providing Customer Service Maintaining a visible and approachable presence to deter theft and assist customers as needed.

• These responsibilities help in reducing losses, protecting assets, and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

• Serve food to residents/patients
• Ensure that the overall presentation of the food is appealing
• Setting and clearing of tables
• Scrape and sort dirty dishware and place in the dishwasher
• Set-up and delivery of food trays to residents/patients
• Plate meals including snacks, desserts and salads
• Prepare and pour all beverage
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and personnel information.
• Perform duties according to health & safety work practices and report all injuries and hazards
