• Effectively communicate with assistants, vault custodians, maintenance and engineering, Verifying card sequences
• Enhanced production efficiency by implementing optimized machine settings and routine maintenance procedures.

• Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets, forklifts and dollies

• Sort, label, grade and inspect packaged products

• Verified orders, arranging delivery of warehouse materials to loading platform.

• Scanned orders using RF scan Gun

• Handle startup and shut down duties pertaining to packaging equipment at the beginning and end of each shift

• Make-certain that each packaging machine is in good repair and works in accordance to regulations set by the company

• Assist in developing SOPs and handle reviews of manufacturing batch records

• Reset machines following malfunctions or need for repeated cycles

• Create daily reports regarding packaged products and storage and delivery orders

• Perform regular and preventative maintenance on packaging machines to ensure optimum work cycles

• Make machine adjustments when needed. Operator removes drum from Roto conveyer, measures tail and enters data into cam line. Operator also trims, vacuums top plate, installs fixtures to ports, sets drum in serialize machine and weep hole machine, inspects quality and double checks serial numbers on drum. Starts up computer, camline, hr x hr charts and production counts.
• Work in the Clean room assembler reads work order and prints to pull proper components and assemble drums correctly. Inspects drum, assembles and tests drum, measures drum and enters data into camline.
• enters all work order data into SAP, takes inventory of raw materials, cleans materials room equipment and filters, weighs raw materials, changes regrind hoses, complete materials change overs for other products, sweep clean, gives breaks, helps fill clean room with components, delivers fixture carts, picks up parsons off table and floor and monitors all equipment.

• Enhanced production efficiency by maintaining and operating blow mold machines with precision and accuracy.
