He has worked in many hardship locations with the United Nations and has occupied and managed an annual budget of $2 billion, the largest United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in the UN history for more than 8 years as the CFO. He has also participated in the historical change management of the UN accounting system as the lead UMOJA Site Coordinator for the largest PK mission with more than $5 billions assets.
