- As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) in Maintenance Operations Control Center - MOCC, who is responsible for delivering authorized aircraft maintenance services to directly support company fleet operations on 24/7 basis, ensuring all tasks are performed to meet all standards and targets such as dispatch reliability and level of acceptable deferred defects in accordance to the proper applicable OEMs Technical Manuals (MEL, TSM, AMM,…etc.) providing required technical advice / support to line maintenance team and to assign the tasks of identifying troubleshooting, solving aircraft / engine defects to ensure effectiveness.

- Liaise with OEM’s for all kind of defect management and Supporting the warranty department with all required Engineering information to support insurance or warranty claims.

- Holder of QCAA AML / QA Authorization with the following Aircraft type ratings endorsement:

• A320 (IAE V2527-A5 & CFM56-5B),
• A330 (RR Trent700 / GE CF6 ),
• A380 (GP7270E),
• A350 (Trent XWB), and
• B737 NG (CFM56-7B).

- Member of On Wing Support (OWS) team, supporting all QA engines fleet operations on 24/7 basis, coordinating with OEMs to keep all operating engines in the highest and safest standards, covering a wide range of engines types installed on QR fleet and specialized in A330/Trent 700, A350/Trent XWB andA380/GP7270

- Monitor Engines on-wing performance and coordinating with MOCC to issue required remedial action as needed.

- Supporting all APUs and Nacelles Technical issues.

- A320/V2500-A1/A5, A330/Trent 700 and A320/CFM -5B Fleet Technical management (for Engines, Nacelles and APU’s):

• Monitor the on-wing performance and issue remedial action as needed.
• Investigate operational technical issues.
• Plan the shop visit schedule, and define the required work scope, targeting optimization of on-wing health, shop visit cost, and spare engine status.
• Access manufacturer’s inspection and modification programs, and decide on acceptance / rejection.
• Evaluate fleet status against Ads and formulate the necessary action for proper compliance.
• Evaluation of lease/exchange engines and components.
• Optimization management of lease and fly by hour agreements.

- Qualified and professional A/C maintenance engineer who licensed to perform aircraft maintenance, dispatch and modifications on wide variety of aircraft / engine types as a LAE-B1

- Holder of ECAA AML / Egypt Air Authorization with A320 (IAE V2527-A5 & CFM56-5B), A330 (RR Trent700 / GE CF6 ) and B737 Classic & NG endorsement.
