RNA Simulation Analysis Research

• Focused on coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations to analyze RNA behavior.
• Performing data analysis to investigate properties of CAG repeat RNA.

Manganese-based Contrast Agent Research Project (05/2022 - 09/2023)

Researching on synthesizing and analyzing Manganese complexes for

efficiency to be developed as potentional contrast agents used for

MRI. Research is performed in Dr. Morrow's lab.
