Samiha Khashoggi

I was born in New York, and shortly moved to France and later to the Middle East in my teenage years. I moved to Boston, MA, for my undergraduate, to study film and pursue a career in film and photo journalism. I have a passion for documentary film- making. I started my career as an artist focusing on photography and painting, joining art residencies and showcasing my work in galleries. Pursuing a film degree allowed me learn to work diligently and gain a firm grasp of industry-standard equipment operation and a talent for anticipating on-set needs. I became highly organized with unmatched troubleshooting skills. Given the many opportunities to work with the best and make films, documentaries and animations as well as edit all of these with a range of video editing software, I believe these skills and this work ethic is suited to a range of jobs in the film and art industries. I would consider myself as creative, energetic and hard working.

My artwork has been shown in New York, the UAE as well as in Hungary. Creating unique artworks is very important to me, I strive for true originality.
