From a young age, I've always put myself out there. Thriving for success in everything I do with a humble and kind attitude. Involved in my community 100%, from serving food at soup kitchens, making goodie bags for the homeless, helping keep our South Jersey beaches clean, volunteering at animal shelters and running clothe drives for the homeless. The summer before 11th grade, I was accepted into the stockton business program (SEBA) and declared first place with my magnificent team of four. I've been involved with debate and drama since sixth grade, recently joining FBLA my freshman year, attended SLC last march for introduction for public speaking and placed fifth in the state. Over the summer, I attended girls state and obtained the role as mayor of my town. I also was accepted into the journalism program Drexel University provided during the summer, interning with the Philadelphia citizen which granted me the opportunity to interview a formerly incarcerated man about his mental health, and wrote a fantastic piece on incarcerated men and the struggle with mental health.
